A good stance and posture reflect a proper state of mind. – Morihei Ueshiba.

Aikido practice begins with physical movement – the kata of foundation technique. We learn to move and to hold ourselves in a new way. Over time, this re-alignment extends inward, affecting our mental, emotional and spiritual states. In this workshop, we will examine this progression with body, breathing and movement exercises from a variety of sources, including meditation, yoga, and Paul Linden's book, Feeling Aikido. Aikidoka of all levels are welcome!

Instructor: Sharon Seymour, 5th dan
